Today’s inspired style is a little different from usual, because in the second look, Alicia is rocking an entirely brand new hair color!  She just went red… reminds us a bit of another one of our favorite fashion icons, Taylor Tomasi Hill, no?  Love it. Says Alicia of this look, “I wore the Pickford Bracelet and attached a fur stole to my camo cargo jacket to glam up the look of my laid back Sunday attire.” We adore this mix of edgy + glam… perfect!

Weekend Style File – What to Do, What to Wear, What to Read!

Another week has come and gone!  We’ve been busy bees over here… did you see the new section of our site?  Big news, coming on Monday!

 This was the second week of our Day to Night Series.  Monday’s boutique, Going Native, was one of our most popular collections.  Part tribal, part disco… these bright, sparkly pieces were a huge hit!  Wednesday’s boutique, Maasi Madness, was equally bright and fun.  It’s hard to pick a favorite, but we love the Multi-Strand Mix necklace…  a mix of bright yellow and fuchsia, it’s the perfect pop of color!

 Here are the things we loved this week:

Cheetah is the New Black had an amazing round-up of metallic pieces on her blog today.  We fell head over heels for all of the pieces… especially the shiny booties!

We bookmarked Lucky’s  roundup of Etsy shops… so many great ones that we had yet to discover!

Refinery rounded up the best color trends from fashion week.  Cotton candy, sea foam green… could it please just be Spring already?

We love that Glitter Guide has been time traveling this month… just like we did last month!  Their 50’s shopping round-up is simply heavenly… we want it all!

Birchbox released a limited edition box of wedding treats… we have no plans of getting married anytime soon, but want it anyway!
